I’ve been playing with this too since I lost my connection to Pandora and Last.FM. But I find the selection here limited and the quality is low. You might want to try using http://www.anchorfree.com/ to VPN your way to a US IP and live life with Pandora again.
One more, http://finetune.com/ is a better alternative with a killer desktop app. =)
