Conference Week
This week, I was at a big tech conference show, CommunicAsia. Actually, it’s still going on; it’s the last day tomorrow. (Thank God.) It’s a little difficult conveying the gist of my experience at the presentations, so I thought I’d show you a bunch of graphs I drew up today at a particularly heavy presentation. I guess you could say I was…inspired.
Why take photos when you have a camera: dedicated to everyone making those artificial digital snapping sounds

Places You Really Miss the Internet

Bonus: a non-graph of a rather severe man sitting in the row in front of me—ironically, he was wearing a graph paper shirt, geddit geddit, ha ha ha

Just so to say, my primary school uniform was well-known for its ‘graph paper’ design. Criss-crossing of green lines. So fierce right!
I am liking your Venn diagrams thingy very much :)
and you call yourself a tech journalist. you can have internet on the beach, in conference rooms and on the plane.
BBoM @ $11.95/month for the first two scenarios (sign up at all hello!shops), Boeing Connexion (free) for the third. Too bad Connexion is axed I think.

lynne> Thanks babe…oh yeah that’s right; I thought you went to MG primary too for some reason.
chowie> Lol, why am I surprised you only comment on nerdy topics? And even added your branding too. I thought you’d chide me for not mentioning WiMax or 3.5G, bla bla.
hi vic! just reading your blog during my very free lunchtime here in Boston. Pibbs says hi!
well everytime i visit, the first post is always nerdy. somehow. so i can’t help but comment. i still remember how we ran around the school taking pictures with that squarish Canon digital camera (super big deal then) that directly stores the photos in FLOPPY DISKS. ingenious.
you remind me of my (ugly) past lah.
Hi! very amused by the website .
